No sms or mms

Hi! So I recently changed my call forwarding length using the mmi code. Since then, I have lost the ability to send mms saying service not activated on network. Now my sms all fail. Any ideas?

We have an incredibly useful resource called the Troubleshoot and Resolve tool, which you can use to determine the cause of the issue, as well as receive the necessary steps to correct the problem. Once you have visited this site, you will need to select the correct make/model of your phone, then the type of issue you are experiencing.

 

Another thing to check through your myAT&T account would be to ensure you are enrolled in the correct plan.  You can check this by selecting myAT&T > Overview at the top of your myAT&T account.
