I'm already contact AT&T customer service live chat and everything work fine now.
Don't need to change sim card.Just told them to fix IMEI your new device and sim card.

I had this EXACT problem about 2 weeks after I received my iPhone 6.
We had contacted ATT regarding another matter and as ALWAYS they try to switch your plans because anytime they do they get a commission. I was told I would get more data and save $35/month. They flat out lie to you to get that commission. We stopped getting unlimited data and they charged us $50/mo more. They do this consistently. Crooks!
After spending 3 hours on the phone they changed my plan back with a big mistake. They thought I had and Iphone 4s and an Iphone 5s (my old plan). I called 2 weeks later when I noticed the issue and after 2 hours with Apple and 3 hours with ATT they said they would get back to me. I got a text 10 minutes later from ATT asking me to call them.
I called them and they said when they changed my plan back they made a mistake. The iPhone 6 will not work on the same data plans as all other iPhones. I don't know the technical details but that was it. They pressed a button and all worked fine.
So ATT made a mistake, I spent almost 14 hours trying to resolve it and I have had it with ATT.

I fixed my problem by creating a new APN for my iPhone 5, because I moved to Fido before a week. I found a online guide about the APN creating and it worked for me.

We have seen quite a few threads out there over the years regarding customers getting an error "Could not activate cellular data network" or "You are not subscribed to a cellular data service". The good news is that this is not a problem with your phone, or the network!
In most cases it is a simple matter of updating your device information with the network, and you can be up and running in no time.
Key factors to resolve this error:
Thanks for all the great feedback and conversation!
