My DirectTV+AT&T Unlimited Data won't work.

So I got the AT&T+DirectTV unlimited data plan added onto my phone. I received the text from AT&T, but I don't have unlimited data, I actually have no data. The same message keeps popping up of "you are not subscribed to a cellular data service". I have restarted my phone multiple times, and have turned off and back on my cellular. I got a new iPhone 5 and thought well maybe it'll kick in now but it has yet to work. Help.

Did you switch carriers or plans?

If you have cell service, call 611 from your cell and ask for help.

I have not switched carriers, but I did switch from the 3gb plan to the unlimited plan.
