My AT&T

I am very frustrated and disappointed in the "My AT&T app. It takes a week or more to update usage. Is this on purpose?

are you talking about data usage? If so theis is also true for the OLAM usage

Mine usually updates within 6-12 hours.  Are you off network roaming when this happens?

If you review the disclaimer it can take 2 to 5 days for it to be reported evenon network
