I am very frustrated and disappointed in the "My AT&T app. It takes a week or more to update usage. Is this on purpose?
are you talking about data usage? If so theis is also true for the OLAM usage

I am referring to data and I am not off network.
If you review the disclaimer it can take 2 to 5 days for it to be reported evenon network
