Mobile hot spot
How do i set up mobile hot spot? I am currently on a prepaid account and when I go to the hit spot tab on my phone it tells me to call 611 or go online.. is there anyway I can enable it right now? I have an iPhone 7+

Hello @CWookie253,
I will be more than happy to guide you to the information needed to set up hotspot! With PREPAID accounts, not all plans have hotspot as a part of it. With the error message, I would recommend double checking to see if it is an option with your current plan.

@my2bois You must have a plan that supports hotspot. The $65 unlimited plan does not. What plan do you have?
