Mobile data not conecting

I am on my x mother in-laws phone plan and I broke my phone so I baught a pay as u go phone of pheonix 3 and now my mobile data is not working

To test the data connectivity on your device, you can try these steps:

  1. Swipe down from the Notification Bar with 2 fingers the select the Settings gear icon.
  2. Select the Networks Tab, then scroll to select Mobile Networks.
  3. Select the Mobile Data Switch and toggle the button off. Note: Turning off the mobile data will not allow any data to be transferred over the wireless network.
  4. Wait for 10-15 Seconds and turn back on the the Mobile Data Switch to help connect the device to available data.

If you continue to have trouble with your cellphone, feel free to visit our AT&T Device Support/ LG Phoenix 3 and select which specific troubleshoot steps for additional assistance.
