No. Once deleted, they are gone forever.

Can a lawyer get them? I know the police can get them. It's on a phone on my account just not my phone.

If they are deleted, they're pretty much gone.

If it's your account (in your name) and the phone was bought through AT&T, it kind of is your phone....
