Managing a way to turn off phone after 10pm

I am a mother of 4 school aged kids and they always seem to stay connected to their phone or tablet after 10pm on week days. Since AT&T has a feature where you can turn off data, could you possibly work on a timer feature? It would be amazing if the phone would turn off or shut down all internet for devices assigned to do so.
