Kyocera Dura XE E4710

I have read that AT&T has discontinued the cloud service AT&T AddressBook. I have an unlocked Kyocera DuraXE that I want to use with Cricket. The problem is everytime I go to contacts, the phone trys to sync with the cloud of which I do not have access. I then have to press the back arrow button multiple times to get me to my manually loaded contacts. I also can't get contacts from the Sim card to load in the phone. In tools there is Sim Toolkit but when I select it it displays that it is not available. Please help me configure this phone to work. It really shouldn't be this difficult. Please release a software update that removed this Attachment AddressBook app.And why won't Sim contacts copy to this phone.

This will help determine the cause of the issue, as well as provide the necessary steps to get this corrected! Once here, you will just need to select the make and model for your phone, and then the type of issue being encountered.

Can a customer rep please pick up one of these phones off the shelf and turn it on? You should be able to see what I am talking about. Even Kyocera says it is in the phone's software.
