International usage for purchased plan
Hi. Before I left for my trip I purchased the international plan for $30 where I was to recieve unlimited texts and photo sharing. I also was to revive 120mb of data and $1 a minute calling.
I am now in Switzerland and I'm getting "No Service"
I've made sure the necessary items are turned on, and tried selecting the various carries that show coverage in the area.
What next?

Are you on a postpaid plan? If so, make sure roaming is on (you can leave data off)

You can call ATT free from outside the USA +1.916.843.4685
If you use Gophone, you cannot roam out of US, Mexico and Canada.

Did you add the $0 international roaming feature to your line? That is not the same as the Passport plan. Without it, you won't get service. You should be able to add it online.
