We'd love to assist you with this inquiry regarding your international calling. To do this, you'll want to sign in to your myAT&T account. You'll want to navigate to the plan/features tab on your account, and you should be able to adjust the current plans you have from there. You'll want to specifically focus on whatever international plan you have, since that's what you want to turn off. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
