Incoming SMS Messages are not working on AirCard 779S

I have AirCard 779S - with AT&T SIM-Card on it, and in shows 4G signal indicator 3-4, also GPRS data is working fine.

But incoming SMS Messages are not working. I've tried to send SMS to it from my second number - but didn't received any SMS Messages on the device dashboard web-portal.

Didn't find any configuration related to Messaging in device configurations.

Please help
