I can not receive or send MMS pictures to others on at&t
Since Monday December 3 3am EST, I have not been able to send pictures to others on the AT&T network. And the same people cant send their pictures to me. I have a Galaxy S9+. I'm just trying to send pictures taken on my phone. I've messages app that came with the phone. I've tried 3rd party app Textra. Both time out each time.
