Device Support> Select your device> Scroll down the page> Additional support> Tutorials & videos > Connectivity > Mobile hotspot> the steps will display hot to enable the hotspot on your specified device. The next is AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve, fixes issues with your device. Once at this window > Select your device > scroll down to the area and choose accordingly, this will walk you through correcting any issue with your device.
