Hotspot can't be activated
I can't make a hotspot with my subscription, I am getting a message that the hotspot needs to be activated by either calling 611 or online. Unfortunately, 611 didn't appear to help. Online, I found my online account locked: "Sorry your account has been locked. (RBV107)".
Basically, how can I activate the hotspot feature ?

Have you checked out our Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool? I would advise giving it a go! Once there, choose your device Make & Model >Hotspot. This will take you through a precise guide to see where the issue is stemming from.
I was able to locate this great eSupport article here on how to Set up a mobile hotspot. This will ensure you meet all the requirements to enable it.
