Hot spot won't turn on

I have a galaxy s6 and my hot spot will not turn on. I can not get thru to att customer service. Everytime I turn the hot spot on jt say verifying and then says to dial 611.

I have the $60 a month gophone plan. I have used it for a Hotspot for years
now.
