Google search doesn't work

I'm able to get live updates on sporting events, but am unable to access voice search or Google search. The error message says cannot access Internet, but I am connected to wifi.

I’m so sorry to hear about the issue you’re having with Google’s search feature. I use Google all the time myself on my phone, so I definitely understand how helpful it is!

You mentioned that this is happening when you’re connected to Wi-Fi; is this occurring when connected to all Wi-Fi networks, or just a certain one such as at home or work? Also, are you experiencing this same issue when you’re connected directly to our 4G LTE network with Wi-Fi off?

Google has some excellent support pages on how to enable and use "Ok Google" voice search & actions to make sure your settings are correct, as well as how to troubleshoot issues you may be experiencing with this feature.
