Email to Text not working

About a week ago  messages sent to my number@txt.att.net are no longer going through. any suggestions? they were working and now it's not.

Hello @jchipper.

We can help with Internet-to-Mobile Messaging.

You can compose a new message and enter an email address instead of a wireless number. You can also reply to a text, picture, or video message sent from an email address. The recipient will see your email address as:
  • yourwirelessnumber@txt.att.net (text message)

Please compose a new message and send it to yourself. Additionally, reply to a previous message seven days old or older, and keep in mind - you must be in network coverage area to work. If you are out of town for summer holiday, your current location may affect the service as well.

Please place the test & reply text and let us know the outcome.

We recommend clearing the cache and data on your device. Also, you'll want to try our Troubleshoot & Resolve tool for a resolution to your issue.
