Email to SMS - Sent but not received and no bounce backs.
Having an issue sending out messages from e-mail to mobile devices via SMS. Message is successfully handed off to AT&T Services but never gets delivered to the phone.
mobilenumber@txt.att.net
Process works with all other mobile providers. Are there specific criterias/requirements that AT&T is looking for? We get no bouncce backs at all indicating that there are any issues. I have tested with other e-mail servers to same number and it works fine. It's becoming a big probme due to many using AT&T.
***Notes
1. Ensured all reverse lookups are successful for e-mail environment
2. Ensured Proper spf, a, and mx records
3. Ensured Environment is not blacklisted
4. Tired sending via Plain Txt only
5. Tried sending via mobilenumber@mms.att.net
Any help would be great - not sure what else to do...

Hello @charringtona2k
Thank you for your post and the information you provided!
Did you try having each of your users go to our Messages Preferences site and create an account?
From there, they can manage their email-to-mobile messaging preferences as well as create an email alias. You should also be able to adjust settings to allow incoming messages for the specific domain/server you are sending from.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns!
Thank you,
Charise

Hello,
Yes, The users have made the preference changes and have also whitelisted the domains and individual email addresses for additional testing. Still nothing goes through.
