Double your 15gb Data plan Promo

I read today that ATT is offering a Promo to Double your Data plan if you have a 15gb or higher Shared Data plan until 10/31. As long as you add this promo to your acct by 10/31 you can keep this data for the life of your contract.

I called and spoke to a CSR and she gladly assisted, however there was one small problem that came up

I have 2 pending iPhone 6+ orders and the system couldnt upgrade me to this PROMO because of the pending Orders.

I explained to her that it wasn't any fault of mine that my 2 PRE-Ordered iPhones wont be delivered/activated until after 10/31... she agreed and escalated the issue. 10-15 mins later she came on and said that they added it to my acct with a "SOC" note, which pretty much means its noted in my account and will take place once the new iPhones were activated.

This sounded strange to me, but she assured me that it was going to happen

Anyone else have this issue ?
