Does wi-fi time count as data?

I recently got an iPhone and put it on my GoPhone account.  I use my phone at home to text and get internet access via wi-fi.  Does this count as 'data'?

Re: Does wi-fi time count as data?

You mean " count against your ATT mobile data plan".  The answer is no.

Are you using data, Yes.   From your home internet plan, not your Gophone data plan.
