Difference between Pick a plan and personal plan...

Hello, I used to have pick a plan and whenever I send an sms, it will be deducted from whatever amount I have left. Is it the same way with a personal plan or will any text messaging be charged separately.. I currently do not have the 200 text plan because I thought it's just like pick a plan... Please help.

Unfortunately post paid services will bill you separately for each message you send and or get to or from the wireless phone unless you have a messaging package as listed below.
