Delayed replies on group text messages
I have an iPhone X and won’t receive message in a group until hours later. I have done all the trouble shooting online say to do to resolve this issue, but nothing has worked.

I am having the same issue with an Iphone 8 plus...my group chat has advised me that some of my messages don't get received till the next day.

Same here and I have an Android, but others in the group have IPhones. It's happening in every group text I have for the past month. But the delays are always from people in the group that have AT&T to people that have Verizon,. So it's not the phones, it's the service, but is it AT&T delaying them going out? Or Verizon delaying them coming in.

Same issue - ATT iPhones to Verizon Androids. Someone needs to figure this out. Is it AT&T or Verizon??

Its not Verizon. I have the issue texting my daughter and my wife on my account. One is android other is apple. This is a fairly recent issue. This is an ATT network issue.
Support wont even acknowledge the issue.
"Please visit our troubleshooting page" lol. Been an ATT customer for years. Same plan, same phones, this is on them. I give it one more week and then I'll be switching carriers.

Jsw005355, so you are only using AT&T and having the delay issues? We have a mix of AT&T and Verizon in the group texts so couldn't figure out who the issue is with. Last night I got 3 texts at 2 am that were sent earlier at around 3 pm. Very frustrating..

I'm experiencing the exact same thing you describe. Been happening for over a month now. People in a group thread on AT&T's towers receive every text on time. People in the thread on Verizon's towers receive random messages either a few hours or up to a few days late. What gives. It's more than annoying and becoming a problem
