Data usage
I've changed from 2 different plans over a course of the past 2 years and it seems the data has ran out either way why is this happening? I don't understand the problem . I just want good service again and to have data all month...

How much data?
Do you have home wifi?
What phone?
How much data does the phone say it used?
Its pretty easy to use 10 gigs or more. Much, much more.
Btw, ATT has data options. The 8 gig Gophone plan for $60. The new unlimited plan for $65, less discount for auto pay and paperless. Both plans are zero overage charges.
