Why does att have an automatic 1GB addition in the event of over usage? Why can't I opt to have my data usage suspended for the remainder of the usage period?
The old plans, it was automatic to add the data if you go over. Check out the new data plans. They have no overage, you are just throttled until the beginning of the next billing period. And the plans are a little cheaper for most people.
@Emp2277 What plan do you have? If you have an old Mobile Share Value plan, that happens automatically. If you have a newer plan, the only option is to change to a higher data plan. Adding 1GB for $15 is not an option.
