Are you able to make calls or send text messages with your iOS device? Have you experienced any service interruptions in your area just recently?
To help set up iMessages on your device, you can follow these steps:
Go to Settings app (gear Icon) on home screen
Scroll and select Messages.
Select the iMessage Switch to turn on or off.
Go back to home screen and tap the Messages App to create and send a new message to your recipient.
To help test the data connectivity with your device, you can access our Device Troubleshoot by selecting what brand device you have, then select Internet and follow the steps to get your cellphone back fully operational.
