I received two overage charges. Do you have features that prevent data overages? For instance, the data slows down when we approach the data limit (similar to T-Mobile)?

Sure. Switch to a Mobile Share Advantage plan. There are no data overage charges. Your data just slows to 2G speeds. The plan you are currently on is grandfathered.

Just to confirm... I am currently not on a Mobile Share Advantage plan? And that is why I am receiving overages?

Correct. You are likely on a Mobile Share Value plan. Those plans had overage charges but were replaced by Mobile Share Advantage about 2 years ago.
