What happens if I go over my 3G shared data plan. Do I get charged more for going over. If so how much. I have been looking all over the at&t site but can’t find anything about that.

You didn’t say what plan you were on. ?
3 gigs is a data amount, not a plan. The name of your plan is on your bill
