Okay, so I got put on my family's plan about a month ago. And the only thing that works is my messages. Everyone else's works fine. What do I do? It wont load anything.

It is my understanding you don’t have access to data on your device.  We know how important internet access is.  I will be happy to offer my assistance.


Please access the AT&T Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool.  For the best troubleshooting experience we will ask you to sign in with your myAT&T user ID and password.


Once you have successfully logged in, please scroll down to Service/network issues > select Internet > [fill out the form] and follow the online instructions.  This tool will look at network, device, and possible provisioning issues which can cause this problem.

With what phone ?  Did you bring your own or are you using an ATT branded phone?  I suspect you are using your own phone and it’s not programmed for ATT.
