Cannot change account in MyAT&T today widget

There is absolutely no way whatsoever to alter the account that the Today Widget displays for the MyAT&T app. I had an iPad data plan that I cancelled some time ago, and now the app tells me that it can't display the account selected, except there is no way whatsoever to alter this in the MyAT&T app. This app is extremely poorly designed, difficult to use effectively, and lacks even the most basic options. Additionally, the customer service teams are aggressively uninterested in assisting me in any way.

Yes it seems that it is a Huge problem with other people gaining access to accounts as they have known put those accounts on lock down and need positive identification of only one person on account. No longer able to access through internet apps. It’s a shame that people are like they are but there’s always one who just goes to the extremes to try
