Are you in the Michigan area? There was an outage there that affected Illinois, Michigan, and even PA.
Have you power cycled your phone since this happened?
That might clear your prob.

If you are the account holder, you need to call AT&T Customer Care and have them remove the MediaNet block on your line.
If you are not the account holder, you need to ask the account holder to remove the MediaNet block on your line.
