I usually do the 30 Day reloadable plan on my IPad. I’m being told that I don’t have any data left, but when I’m prompted to add data “now” or “later”, I tap “now” and nothing happens. The “Add data box” is also missing from the Cellualr Data screen on my iPad.
We'd love to help with this. The Add data box was removed from the Cellular Data screen on the iPad after a recent update. Here are the steps to manage your data plan. Let us know if you're still unable to add data to your iPad.
