Can't Reply to Automated Text Messages
I get a lot of automated text messages from different retailers about sales and discounts, these are opt in or opt out messages. I want to opt in to continue receiving these alerts and sales but when I reply to the message with a yes to confirm that I want to get them the message fails to send? I get a red exclamation point next to my failed response, how do I fix this?

Yes I am still having an issue I am replying to a short code like a five or six digit number. Any idea how to fix this?
