Stronger than what signal? Your home wifi? That would depend on how good your wifi signal is and how good your cell signal is.
Better than a cell phone? Probably not, it would be about the same.
cellular is generally a lousy replacement for broadband internet, mostly because it's very expensive and capped or reprioritised at some point.
