Help you with what? If you want to switch to the unlimited data plan, you can do that online but you must have either Directv or Uverse tv service at the same address to qualify for that plan.

Otherwise, check you phone settings and see what apps are using the most data and disable them from using cellular data so that they only use Wifi.

There are other settings that force the phone apps and updates to only use wifi.

That is one way of curbing high data usage.

An alternative for if U-Verse or DirecTV cannot be installed in your home/apartment, the best thing to do is to utilize wifi as much as you can and be careful with streaming videos as they consume a lot of data. It's best to watch videos over a wifi network so it doesn't count toward your plan.

Additionally, if you have an Android, be wary that apps can run in the background. Disabling background data usage can help you save a lot of data on a Mobile Share plan.

On an iPhone, if you are watching videos over wifi but the signal is somewhat bad, it can use your cellular data if you have Wi-Fi Assist on. Be sure to turn that off! Small tips but they go a long way. 🙂

If you switch to unlimited you will lose tethering / hotspot features.
