Are you telling me from my message menu (three dots on the top right hand corner) After clicking advanced messaging, there's a advanced messaging switch option? I am not seeing this and these suggestions for a fix are elementary solutions to someone having the advanced option turned off. I never suggested my advanced messaging was turned off! I said my advanced messaging was not working. For further clarification my advanced messaging is turned on the people I messaging when it is not working or using Galaxy phones (s9) and have theirs turned on as well. There's notifies them when I see their messages sent to me my outgoing messages are not confirmed nor can I receive many messages they do send even though it says cent on their end I hope this clarifies things further even know I already stated this.

There are a couple of steps you can take to try to resolve your experience. First, turn off Advanced Messaging and restart your device. After your phone boots back up, turn on Advanced Messaging and restart your phone again.
If your issue persists despite the first step, ensure your device's software is up to date as some features may not work as they should.

I am having the same issue and hoped the latest update this morning would have fixed it. I tried to turn off advanced messaging, powered off my phone, restarted then turned advanced messaging back on. It still doesn't work.

I am having same issue with my Galaxy S9+ since i did the latest update in october, I also went to At&t store and have not gotten it resolved
