Active of Gophone international roaming service

I'm in Saudi Arabia and need to activate my service to receive and make calls to USA.
Please advise what to do?

Gophone cannot roam out of North America.   If your phone is eligible you can unlock and use a local SIM card.   https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/#/
