AT&T still trying to throttle unlimited data plans!?

I just got a message telling me after 5gb my data plan will get slower.
Didn't the Net Neutrality rules eliminated manipulation of data speeds? Specially with the acquisition of Direct tv?
ATT calls it "Network Data Management" but the end result is still the same.
Should i have to send a complaint to the FCC at www.FCC.gov?

read the net neutrality regs.  Carriers are allowed to use network managment during congested times.  You will notice that its says after 5gb you maybe subject to speed reductions.  The FCC fined ATT because they didnt give you notice before so now ATT is giving you notice.

Glimmerman76 you know that's total bz, that is just a loophole for att to keep data caps on which at the end of the day that's what they all are with speed reductions. Anyway thanks for trying to help. But my complaint has been filed with the FCC.
