AT&T messages only allows me to view my text messages in conversations
When texting someone only my messages show up on messages.att.net(AT&T messages) so when I move from my phone to my computer I still have to look back at my phone to view what they have texted. Are there any solutions for this?

Hey @Spgaither89!
I’m sorry to hear that other people’s text messages are not syncing to your AT&T Messages! It’s no good, if you’re only getting half of the intended use out of that service!
I would try clearing the application cache for your AT&T Messages on your phone!

Have a great weekend!

I have the exact same issue! I've posted on this forum as well and have tried all the recommendations given to me and none worked.
Also, I opened a ticket with AT&T Tech Support already and was told this is a trending issue now for a number of customers like us. I've been waiting for a couple weeks now and they still haven't given me a resolution to this issue.

My husband and I switched from Verizon to AT&T less than two weeks ago and are experiencing the exact same problem with text messaging on his tablet and my iPad. As big as AT&T is and for as long as they have been in business, WHY are they having this issue? We never had any problems when we used the Verizon app on his tablet and my iPad. We aren't going to take our phones back to AT&T for a partial refund after the restocking fee and return to Verizon as it really is too much of a hazzle but after our cell phones are paid off in two years, if the problem still remains we will be returning to Verizon. I do regret that I didn't picked phones that were unlocked so we could have taken them to Verizon.

Hello @maflore1 and @WickedStepMom!
I’m sorry to hear you are both having this issue. Having a service that is frustrating is not what we want anyone to experience.
We want to ensure the AT&T Messages service will work for you so please send a message to @ATTMobilityCare. This is a private inbox, so please include your first and last name, a good contact number and the best time of the day to reach you.
We look forward to hearing from you!

Once at the private message box, after entering my message when I hit SEND my message did not go. This is what I see: The private message you were trying to access does not exist.
Please click the Back button on your browser.
So how do I send my private message? This problem is getting more frustrating. 😡

Hi @spoileddogs2!
I’m sorry to hear you are also having issues with the AT&T Messages service. I understand that getting a one sided conversation with this service can be an absolutely frustrating experience and I’m happy to help!
Are you using an iPhone? If so, while using the AT&T Messages service, you’ll need to turn off iMessage in order to receive all text messages on the Web.
On your iPhone, go to Settings, Messages, iMessage and select OFF. After logging out of AT&T Messages, you can turn iMessage back on.
Also please keep in mind, AT&T Messages is available to AT&T wireless customers on the Web from a computer or tablet using an HTML 5–compliant browser.
Please let me know if either of the above helped fix this and if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks and have a great day!
