AT&T Secure Family child device no internet

My child's device is blocked from internet even though the time limits have been turned off. What can i do to remove the block?

Hello @Sistinas,

 

We'd be more than happy to take a closer look into why your child's device is still being blocked from internet usage after time limits has been turned off. Your child’s device will not have access to mobile data or Wi-Fi until you select Resume on the parent’s device. If you have not done so already, please give it a try and let us know if this helps.
