I understand how starting service can be an important thing. Allow me to provide some information.
The AT&T Communication manager is a free program to manage your devices. In order to initiate services, you will need to come into your local store or call in to activate the device you’re using for internet access.

I am trying to update the At&T communication manager since my Mac was updated to Catalina, the previous software is 32-bit and it needs 64-bit apps, Apple is saying the developer needs to update their software, is this available?

Please reach out LG Support at (800) 243-0000 Consumer (7am-midnight CST) (888) 865-3026. They will be able to push the update to your Mac Catalina.
