AT&T Call Protect Plus Subscription Question
Hello,
I just enabled AT&T Call Protect Plus on my phone via iTunes. I'm part of a family and have family sharing enabled. We are also all on the same phone plan. I was able to activate the service on the app on my phone no problem, but when other members in the family download and install it, they just have the basic (free) subscription and it prompts them to pay 3.99/month. I thought that I could share the iTunes purchase with up to 6 people. Am I correct in assuming that I only have to pay for the service one time a month to protect all lines on our plan? If so, how do the other members in my family group activate the plus features after they have downloaded the app?
Thank you for your help!
Ernesto

Greetings @erniepn!
Please be advised that though it's possible to share the AT&T Call Protect basic app free of charge with members of Family Sharing, AT&T Call Protect Plus features requires purchasing the app separately on each device.
We hope this info helps.

* Many contacts and unknown callers go straight to voicemail without ever ringing this phone. But the same number logged in as the same user works properly. WHY?

Hello @JAKOSTELAC,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
First things first, please edit your post to remove your personal information from the public view.
You can learn more about AT&T Call Protect Plus at the link provided.
Also, if callers are being sent straight to voicemail, we recommend that you change the settings within your AT&T Call Protect app to allow unknown callers.
Hope this helps!
