2 major issues, texting & internet sharing.
1. Texting;
It doesn't matter how I clear them or delete the person completely the texts always comes back!
2. I have unlimited access to everything possible with my plan yet I can't share my internet with anyone, even the people in my home who also have my plan.

Not enough information to answer either question. I have no idea what you even mean by “text always comes back”. As for sharing your internet, I.e. hotspot or tethering, you need a plan that supports it. There are multiple unlimited plans, some support hotspot, some don’t.
