My 2nd tv with the genie is giving me an error saying unable to connect to server? Can some one tell me how to fix this ?

Need more information:

  • What models DirecTV DVR/Receivers do you have?
  • How are they connected to your home network?
  • Have you tried resetting the DVR/Receivers?

First start off with a red button reset

On both main genie and mini.

Located inside front right panel click and open main geine. Located right
