Guest access possible on Netgear B90 7550 025 router/modem

I'm on DSL and would like to switch to a modem that handles guest accounts.

Will this modem do so?

Any downsides or problems with this modem?

One of my email accts on Mac Mail is IMAP, the other PPoE.

I have 2 computers and an HP printer on the network.

TIA,

Tom

Google your gateway and pull the online manual which will give you the directions to setup a guest network with your computer.

The AT&T firmware for any of their provided gateways does not support guest networks as far as I know.

thanks for the help.

Guess I will pass this router/modem on to someone who can use it.

@yolotom

You could probably just use that gateway and turn off it's wireless and put a cheap sub $30 router that supports guest networks behind it.

If you don't want to use it, there are a few gateways that support guest networking on Amazon, but the ADSL2+ gateways that they do not provide are not supported(meaning, you won't get support for them if you have a problem).
