Almost impossible to use.

We've had AT&T for a couple years now. Most of which have been fairly decent years. However, over the past couple of months, we've experienced a very consistent problem. That problem being that at random times consistently throughout the day, the Internet and UVerse will lose signal simultaneously. We've tried resetting the modem/router. We've tried moving them farther apart (because apparently that affects something). We've even got a new modem/router but the problem continues. Every day around 9-10 pm we will lose signal once or twice in that hour. Does anyone know anyway that it can be fixed or who I should talk to that could legitametly help for once?

Sounds more link you are getting intermittant service interuption, and might need to get a line tech to come by and do an on site check of your connection and equipment.
