Cannot make changes to network setup at this location

I upgraded to the Whole-Home DVR today and I'm now receiving the above error when I try to connect my TV to the internet.  It appears my installer made our downstairs TV the primary TV; however, we do not get good internet reception in that room so he didn't connect it while he was here.  My understanding was that I would be able to connect the other TVs, but no luck.  Is my only option to switch out the boxes so that one of our upstairs TVs is the primary?  If that is the case, can I just trade them or is there something else that needs to be done?  thanks.

The DECA system should provide the internet to all DTV receivers through the coax, the TV would need a separate Ethernet cable to your router or a wireless connection, depending on the model of receiver you have you may need additional parts that should have been provided by the tech and if they couldn't use the wireless then they should have installed the wired version.

What model of receivers do you have. look for the model number inside the access card door..

Note that if you have a Genie, you can only make changes there, not on the clients
