Is anyone having problems with the On Demand channels? All the On Demand channels show up blank with a statement saying (example) 1501 (HBO) is currently unavailable, this is on ALL thje On Demand channels. Also Facebook,You Tube and music channels have disappeared from the TV and they also will not work. I called Direct TV 5 times no one could figure out what the problem...

Genie HD HR44-500 Either none of the program records - sometimes about 30 minutes records and stops. I.e. Treme series 1 recorded 1, 2, and 5th episodes but shows all recorded. When play was requested, the following message comes up. "All or part of this program did not record due to a problem at broadcast time. Please wait while we scan the recording for viewable content...

This is my on demand and I have never personally recorded this show. I have the channels that the shows I watch on demand are on. Is there a solution for this or is this something I'ma have to live with for now?

our direct tv was installed yesterday. all of the on demand channels say "on demand not available now". I've double checked the wifi connection, it says it's connected. this morning I reset the master (we have 5 mini's).

I've tried the refresh AND reset on my Genie and still have issues with random episodes missing from different shows in On Demand. For example, "Angel from He##". Episodes 1, 3, 4 and 5 present, but not 2? How does this get fixed? Although I understand that DirectTV needs to get the shows from networks, BUT I shouldn't have to contact networks when I pay $130 a month.

I have a whole home Genie DVR (HR44/500) and I cannot stream/download full shows through OnDemand. I can start streaming/downloading a show or movie, but after a certain percentage, the download will fail and I get an error message that states the show cannot be downloaded and DirecTV will try again. Been trying for a month to get this thing to work. I reset the kit and then it finds my network and gets connected. On-demand titles are listed, but when i record to watch in another room I get the "all of part of your program was blah blah". The connection seems to drop constantly. On this past Friday I had Direct tv installed, when I go to search,then on demand it tells me the 1000 channels are not available yet? How long will it take for me to be able to access on demand?

I switched from cable to DirecTv based on marketing and selection. I am SOOOO disappointed. It doesn't matter what on demand I select, it either won't play or it buffers so much that I give up.
