VOD: "Would you like to add this channel to....?"

CCK connected properly to network and making internet connection. I am able to pull the VOD guide, when I try to watch a program from the menu, say "Nine for IX" from ESPN, it tells me "i am not subscribed....." I have verified my subs, any ideas? Using a WIFI CCK, HR 24 and HR 34 connected.

call DirecTV and have them remove the VOD line item from your account and then re-add it again
